Medicines in School
The medical wellbeing of your child is very important to us as a school. Children learn best when they are happy and healthy. To ensure that your child is able to get the best out of their time at school we need you to keep us fully informed of any medical concerns that you may have.
As part of our school policy we have a spare Salbutamol inhaler in school for emergency use. All medicines are kept in a locked cabinet, with the exception of inhalers and Epipens, which are stored out of childrens’ reach but readily accessible to an adult. You, as parents, have to sign consent forms before we are able to administer medicines in school. The following documents are available to view/ download:
